Some workers may get extra allowances and fringe benefits that will satisfy their basic needs of survival; that is food, clothing and shelter and hence they will seek higher level needs.

People are social beings and therefore need human contact. This need can be fulfilled by the creation of social clubs, social committees, after work activities and through a teamwork manner to completing work.

Security Needs

Employment should give workers security. This need can be fulfilled through the support of health benefit packages, insurance plans and pension schemes.

Administration can fulfill this need through promotions and ways of acknowledging those who have done well at work.

Self-actualizing Needs

This need is fulfilled by giving workers a chance to produce and pursue original ideas so that they can appreciate their abilities to the greatest level.
