Organisational Chart Part1

c) The years of experience of the employees

d) The ability of the employees

Delegation is the method through which managers: (i) allocate tasks or jobs to subordinates; (ii) give the required power to carry out the tasks; and (iii) help the subordinates to be familiar with their responsibility and admit their liability for the projected work done.
