Guidelines for selecting appropriate fabrics

Guidelines should be based on

1)      Cost; an amount that has to be paid or spent to purchase or obtain the fabric

2)      Design; the decorative pattern or what the fabric is made of

3)      Fibre properties; the quality of the fabric, example is it strong

4)      Care of fibre; does it take a lot to take care of the fabric?

5)      End use; finally what the fabric will be used for
