Plant or unsaturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated

 

1)   Protein

Protein can help you reduce surplus pounds and keep you strong and healthy.

Seafood

Seafood is a superb supply of protein and it’s usually low in fat.

White-Meat Poultry

The white meat of poultry is first-rated for lean protein. Dark meat is a little higher in fat.

Dairy Products like Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt

Dairy foods like milk, cheese, and yogurt are outstanding sources of protein and they also contain precious calcium and vitamin D. Skim or low fat dairy keeps bones and teeth strong.

Eggs

Eggs are one of the cheapest forms of protein.

Peas and Beans

These are quite high in protein.

Protein snacks

A supplement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar are all good in protein. Most of them contain at least six grams of protein and is low in sugar and fat.

Protein at Breakfast

Egg, yogurt cereal etc… at breakfast are good proteins to start the day.
