My hand a pool of holy water

Streamed upon the crown of your love

A child besprinkled in a sanctified rain

With blessed beads of a consecrated sea

I’m but a priest in this rite

Name your infant, a soul to be purified

From all the imperfections of love

Hatred, sorrow, pain…

Thou art cleansed from this transgression

Immersed your passion in a sacred lake

Thou are baptized in the name

Of the Father, the Son, and the Spirit….

The sign of the crucifix I gesticulated before you

Renounced the prince of darkness

For baptism your salvation

Deliverance, emancipation, liberty

For thou shall not enter the kingdom of my heart

Unless thy love be born again from a divine water
