The Rough Sea
The rough sea is like a troubled child
A domestic animal gone wild
With childhood days of a drunk father
Remembering a battered mother
The future looks dark and gloomy
How the sea’s life is so stormy
A child with a world so empty
One growing up without daddy
It was sometimes so hard living with him
But even harder living without him
And living happy had to be a must
Their loves the mother had to readjust
At school the child is always called a fool
Makes sure that every time she breaks each rule
At school she never tries to do her best
Make sure that every time she fails a test
The sea is unhappy all the time
There are times she does not have a dime
And her only choices are waves of crime
Life is hard like a mountain to climb
