My Imagination
Scrutinizing my dark forest of thoughts
I found myself running as was so lost
There was someone there and it was you, girl
I chased your fine body through the darkness
Like a hunter I tracked you down
Hunting footprints I mapped the ground
Squeezed my eyes in an ocean of dimness
To see your figure galloping away
Just needed to touch that prancing shadow
And as I did the thoughts came rushing through
Could have seen your beautiful face
Your incandescence and your grace
You were that special someone in my life
I will never rebel against my thoughts
To leave you in the darkness of despair
I just wanted to be closer to you
I held your gentle hands tightly
And whispered in your ears softly
Loves waves streamed through us like electric shocks
No space between us for we were like one
One drowned in a sentimental feeling
We kissed in tender lips in shadiness
I opened my eyes, you were gone
It was my imagination
