The white meat of poultry is first-rated for lean protein. Dark meat is a little higher in fat.
Dairy Products like Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Dairy foods like milk, cheese, and yogurt are outstanding sources of protein and they also contain precious calcium and vitamin D. Skim or low fat dairy keeps bones and teeth strong.

A supplement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar are all good in protein. Most of them contain at least six grams of protein and is low in sugar and fat.
