You are an effort

You make some sweat a lot

You are done when a force moves an object

In the direction of the applied force

You used to be slavery

Now you’re in every industry

You are force multiplied by distance

Traveled in the direction of the force

Sometimes you will be on the soil

You will labour; you will toil

Your amount of work done depends on

The force applied and the distance traveled

A form of exertion

A chore on and on

Your job is not done when there is no force acting

Or no distance moved in the direction of the force

Sometimes you are an assignment

Some form of employment

Energy is needed for you

Changing from one form to another

An occupation

A profession

In a unit of joule

You will make yourself known

An undertaking
