Oh water pollutants

With you the world is

Dark

Cloudy

Dreary

With your factory waste

It is dingy

It is murky

With your fertilizers

And your pesticides

It is shadowy

The atmosphere is depressing

With the sunshine so dim

With your farm wastes

And your untreated sewage

The trees are cheerless

Animals are joyless

With your household waste

Days are so dull

Flowers are dismal

With your litter

Every face is mournful

Like the weather overcast

Everyone feels like an outcast
