Statutory instruments employed and legal notices

My present state

Is inadequate

Without my telephone directory

To make my local and international calls

I am ineffectual

Without my maps and atlases locating places

All my strength will fall

Without my schedule and timetables showing arrival and departure times

I will always perceive

To be ineffective

Without my post office guide and trade journal

So I am incompetent

I am impotent

Without my thesaurus or Hansard

Without my computer giving me internet
